The majority of our fish fryers come through our system from within the business. However maybe you have previous experience? Or just keen to try something different? Servers are the face of our business and the first point of contact with our customers. All of our serving staff are trained in-house, and on the job by another experienced team member.....there is no better way to learn! You could say this is the most important role in the fish & chip shop, preparing the chips. Each day potatoes are washed and peeled, and fresh chips are then cut onsite ready to be fried. We take great pride in making sure they are the best they can be. This role involves lifting 25kg sacks of potatoes and the operation of some machinery.
